
Temple Room Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure clarity, professionalism, and mutual respect between practitioner and client. By booking or attending a session, you agree to the following:
1. Scope of Service
All services offered at The Temple Room (including massage therapy, menopause coaching, nervous system regulation, sound healing, and IEMT) are complementary and supportive practices.
They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical care where needed.
2. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All personal information shared in consultation forms or sessions is kept strictly confidential.
Data is stored securely in line with GDPR regulations.
No information will be shared with third parties without written consent, except where legally required.
3. Health & Consent
Clients must provide accurate health and medical history when requested.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform the practitioner of any changes to their health status.
By attending sessions, clients confirm they have taken medical advice where needed and know of no reason they should not proceed.
4. Payments & Cancellations
Payment is due at the time of booking or at the session, unless otherwise agree

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies, at the practitioner’s discretion.

Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
5. Online & Group Sessions
For online services (e.g. menopause coaching, NSR classes), clients are responsible for ensuring a private, safe space for their session.
Group settings (such as circles or workshops) require mutual respect and confidentiality from all participants.
6. Liability
While every care is taken to provide safe and supportive services, The Temple Room cannot be held liable for any adverse outcomes where full and accurate information has not been disclosed by the client.
By attending sessions at The Temple Room, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Temple Room Privacy Policy

Digital intake forms (Google Forms/Sheets) are password-protected and stored securely.

Group participants (e.g. circles, workshops, NSR classes) are asked to uphold confidentiality for all involved.
