Sound is a bridge - between body and soul, ancient wisdom and modern science, rest and renewal. At The Temple Room, I offer sound not as performance, but as a sacred vehicle for healing and connection.

As a lifelong healer and trained musician, blending these two worlds has been a natural evolution. My personal journey with the frame drum began during my apprenticeship with a Native Medicine Elder in the mid '90s and I’ve been hosting drumming circles for over two decades. My frame drumming circles go under the name Cygnus Moon and my community sound baths you can find under the banner of Island Sound.

 

​​Within The Temple Room itself, I offer 1:1 and small group ( up to 4 people) Sound Journeys - immersive experiences where rich, resonant tones bathe the nervous system in deep rest. Price is £30 per person
