Island Sound Gong Bath is a nourishing monthly offering held each month at Castle Connections in Queenborough Kent. These community gong baths invite you to relax, rest, and reset your body, mind and spirit within a field of gentle resonance, guided through a deep sound immersion with gongs, and crystal bowl.

Please bring whatever you need to feel comfortable lying down, the floor surface is hard, so make your own comfort. priority.

Bring a thick yoga mat, blankets, pillow, and a bottle of water and eye mask if you prefer complete darkness during your sound journey. Chairs are available for those who prefer to be seated.
